“One of the things that I am big on is the theme park experience,” says Tony, “I’m not talking about rides, but Main Street Disney, or Universal Studios City Walk; those really neat gathering spaces… are cool places… and have features that make them a destination. This will be ZEST Communities’ brand; what will make a ZEST community a great choice.”
Rob echoes Tony’s sentiments, “We’re bringing a whole new philosophy to 55+ living. Our first community, The Village at St. Elizabeth Mills in Hamilton, will set the bar for the future.”
